This is how you make vegan spinach noodles with just two ingredients
Ingredients for two servings
- 150 g wheat flour 550
- 130 g of fresh spinach
Vegan spinach pasta: step by step
- Place the flour and spinach in a food processor or blender and blend the two ingredients for a few minutes. If the dough is a bit sticky, don’t add too much flour, otherwise the pasta will be too dry.
- Then roll the dough into a ball and shape it into a disk (about 1.5 cm thick). Boil some water in a pot and add a little salt.
- Hold the disk over the boiling water, use kitchen scissors to cut pieces of dough about 1 cm long, and drop them directly into the boiling water.
- Let the noodles cook until they float to the surface. Ready-to-eat vegan spinach noodles, which you can serve with your choice of sauce or enjoy on their own.
