So summer! Spaghetti with spinach, feta and sundried tomatoes
Today we’re looking for a pasta dish that feels like pure summer—and this spaghetti recipe with spinach, feta, and sun-dried tomatoes is just the thing.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
400 grams of spaghetti
400 g spinach leaves, frozen
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of whipped cream
100 g cream cheese, natural
100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
200 g feta
Approx per part:
78 grams of carbohydrates
27 grams of protein
39 grams of fat
And this is how it is done:
First, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente according to package directions.
Place the frozen spinach in a bowl and let it drain. Peel the garlic and onion and chop them both finely.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the spinach. Saute over medium-high heat, then add onion and garlic and sauté.
Now whip it all up with whipped cream. Bring to a boil, then stir the cream cheese into a saucepan. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and grated beetroot.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and add the feta.
Divide spaghetti among four plates, toss with spinach sauce, diced tomatoes and feta. That’s it!
