And with the memories comes the smell of spaghetti and beef. But how do you prepare pasta? Here comes a simple recipe.

In addition, it is not difficult to prepare – and the ingredients are manageable and cheap. If you want, you can serve the grated cheese with the pasta with the meat, but this is not necessary. You will need: 500 grams of spaghetti, 500 grams of beef, 500 grams of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1 clove of garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper.

And here’s how it works: Wash and finely chop the parsley, mince the garlic and mince it very finely. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Add the garlic, half the parsley, oregano, salt and pepper and mix everything into the minced meat with your hands.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan. Make small balls of the minced meat mixture, place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, add enough salted water to a pan and cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain and rinse a little.

Put the tomato passata in a large pan and heat it. Add the meatballs and fry for about ten minutes. Mix in the remaining parsley and season everything with salt, pepper and a little more oregano. Divide the spaghetti into layers, mix with the sauce and the beef. Enjoy your meal!
