Pasta always works! Especially this lightning-fast and super tasty Spaghetti Recipe, which takes only 15 minutes to prepare and is ideal for a quick dinner. We promise: Even beginners can make Spaghetti al Limone.

Ingredients (for 3-4 people):


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions in salted water until al dente.

  2. Finely chop the clove of garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Also, chop the basil and set aside.

  3. Pour the cream over the garlic and cook briefly over low heat.

  4. Grate the organic lemon. Make sure that only the leaf is peeled and not the white skin underneath (this is bitter). Then squeeze the lemon.

  5. Drain the pasta and mix with the lemon juice and lemon juice. Stir in the garlic and peppercorn mixture, basil leaves and parmesan.
