0.5 tsp oil
1 egg (M)
Salt and pepper
1 piece of wheat toastie
2 cherry tomatoes
1 slice Gouda (17% fat)
2 pieces of salmon ham
Approx per part:
290 calories
15 grams of fat
12 grams of carbohydrates
27 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Heat the oil in a covered pan and fry the egg in it until it scrambles. salt and pepper.
Wheat sandwich toast. Wash and wash the tomatoes.
