Children love hot drinks even in the cold season. We present 5 recipes for baby buns that are delicious and warm from the inside.
While the adults serve themselves red or white wine, eggs or boiled beer, the little ones can enjoy a homemade non-alcoholic fruit smoothie.
Children’s lung recipe with grape juice

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of grape juice
- 1 l apple juice, soft
- 250 ml of water
- juice of 2 lemons
- zest of ½ lemon (organic)
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon
- 3 flowers
- Preferably honey or brown sugar
Preparation:
- Pour the water into a large bowl.
- Add cinnamon, lemon zest, cloves and some honey or brown sugar to taste. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Then add the broth and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Allow the baby food to cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 4 fruit tea bags, to taste
- 500 ml of apple juice, soft
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 flowers
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 orange (organic)
Preparation:
- Boil water in a kettle, put it in a pan and add the tea bags. Let the tea steep for about 8 minutes.
- Then remove the tea bags. Now add apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
- Squeeze the lemon and add its juice to the pot.
- Wash the orange in hot water and cut it into slices. Give these to the children.
- Heat on low and let the cat simmer for about 30 minutes. When serving, make sure that the pie is not too hot.

Recipe: Children’s cake with orange juice

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of apple juice
- 500 ml of orange juice
- 3 bags of fruit tea
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 orange (organic)
- 1 lemon (organic)
Preparation:
- Pour the water into a jar and hang the tea bags in it.
- Add the vanilla pod and cinnamon.
- Add honey.
- Heat everything and leave for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash and halve the lemon and orange. Cut each half and pour the soup into the children’s bowl. Break up the remaining halves and add to the pot.

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of water
- 2 bags of boiling wine spice
- 2 bags of fruit tea
- 2 oranges (organic)
- 500 ml of grape juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Preparation:
- Put the water in a jar and hang the tea bags and spices in the boiling wine. Boil the water briefly and then let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
- Peel an orange.
- Wash the other orange in hot water and cut it into pieces with an onion.
- Remove the balls from the water. Add orange slices, orange juice, honey and grape juice. Children’s lungs should be at drinking temperature by now, otherwise reheat everything or cool it further if necessary.

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of apple juice
- 500 ml of orange juice
- 500 ml of cherry juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 flowers
- 2 stars
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
Preparation:
- Place the salt and honey in a mixing bowl.
- Fill the spices into the collapsible basket and hang in the mixing bowl.
- Bake at speed 2 at 90°C for 30 minutes.
- Allow the baby pies to cool before serving.
Donation: You can also replace the cherry juice with grape juice or mix both types.
