What makes a healthy and balanced breakfast? It should be satisfying, especially nutritious and tasty. There should be no lack of diversity here either. Also, it should not take more than 10 minutes and include ingredients that everyone has at home.

My day usually starts around five in the morning with a training session or a short, easy walk. According to the rule: in the morning he takes a cup. Before I go to work, I always make time for a good breakfast. My experience is that if I leave the house without breakfast, I am tired in the morning and have trouble concentrating. #1 Chocolate Baked Apple Hair

I love making this recipe, especially in the fall and winter, because then the whole apartment smells like Christmas. The combination of apple, cinnamon and chocolate is simply incredible for me! In addition, it is quick and the oatmeal keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients for one person:

60-70 g of good pepper flakes

10 g of baking cocoa

150 ml of water/milk

15-20 g xylitol / sugar substitute

Cinnamon

Peanut butter (pure, unsweetened)

Preparation: Place the peppercorns in a saucepan with the water/milk, baking cocoa and xylitol and bring to a boil over medium heat until it reaches the desired consistency. Then cut the apple into small pieces and fry it briefly in a little oil on the heat. Add some cinnamon and serve with chocolate chips. I recommend putting some peanut butter on top of the apple, it rounds out the flavor perfectly. But be careful: with peanut butter, you should be aware that it has a large number of calories because it is made up of 100 percent nuts.

#2 Salmon Protein Buns

This is the fastest recipe in my TOP 5, which really doesn’t require any waiting time. It fills you up well with healthy bread. It also contains protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients for one person:

a protein bun

100 grams of salmon

giant cream cheese

medium hot mustard

your teeth

sun-dried sour tomatoes

Preparation: For the spread, we mix two teaspoons of granulated cream cheese with a little honey and a teaspoon of mustard (and other spices if needed). Cut the roll crosswise in half, top with the spread, salmon and sun-dried tomatoes, enjoy!

#3 Omelette Pizza

For those who prefer it sweet, I have the ideal recipe here. It takes less than ten minutes and thanks to the eggs, it keeps you full for a long time. You can also get creative with discounts and always add variety. Here is the simplest version.

Ingredients for one person:

3 eggs

100 ml of milk of your choice

spicy tomato paste

cherry tomatoes

Mozzarella

Preparation: Beat the eggs with milk and some spices, you can also use a fork or a whisk. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat for about five to ten minutes. As soon as a firm consistency is formed, turn off the stove, add the tomato paste, spread and top as desired.

#4 Frozen Smoothie Bowl

While this is more of a summer recipe, I love making it in the winter too. It only takes under five minutes, you need a hand blender and everyone probably has the ingredients at home.

Ingredients for one person:

a banana

100 g of frozen raspberries

100 g low-fat quark

100 ml of milk of your choice

Preparation: Peel the banana and put it in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Mix everything until you have a smooth and lump-free mixture. According to your taste, you can sweeten it a little. Now only a few delicious food items are missing on the top. In my case, these are more berries, chopped nuts and raw cocoa.

#5 Kaiserschmarrn with bananas

For all those who have a sweet tooth, here comes another delicious recipe. Most of us have these ingredients at home.

Ingredients for one person:

3 eggs

1 banana

chopped nuts

oil for frying

a sip of milk

sugar/sweetener

Preparation: Beat the eggs and mix with milk, sweetener and half a banana until foamy. Put the mixture in a pan with oil and let it cook on medium heat for about five to ten minutes. Turn the pancake and cut it into many small pieces. Then serve. I recommend chopped walnuts, the second half of a banana and some cinnamon as a topping.
