Fast breakfast! Fruit yogurt with tangerine, coconut and honey!
This yogurt with tangerine, coconut and honey is perfect for breakfast or as a small snack in between!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
40 g of coconut kernels
1 tablespoon of flaked almonds
500 g of natural yogurt
Lime flavored fruit yogurt, to taste
4 tsp honey, liquid
Approx per part:
13.8 grams of fat
13.6 grams of carbohydrates
7.6 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Clean and slice the mandarins.
Finely chop the walnuts and fry briefly in a pan without oil, then remove and leave to cool in a bowl.
Divide yogurt with fruit between four glasses, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with honey.
