Cool summer evenings, dreamy sunsets and cool sea breezes on the beach: Among many Italian dishes, “Spaghetti al Limone” in particular puts us in a relaxed holiday mood.
In addition, macaroni not only tastes great, but thanks to the lemon juice it contains, it can also be good for our health. For example, lemon boosts our immune system, supports digestion and can even help in weight loss.

For 4 servings you need:
- 500 g spaghetti (cappellini)
- lemon basil
- 3 lemons
- olive oil
- semi-light oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Chili or pepper
And this is how you do it:
First, boil about 500 ml of water in a pan and add salt. Then peel the lemons, cut the lemons in half and then grate them. While roasting, make sure that only the yellow part is removed.
Then put the olive oil, some oil, garlic, chilies or pepper and salt in a hot pan and cook briefly on medium heat until the oil melts. Then add about 100 ml of boiled salted water and lentils.
Then cook the noodles in the pan for 2 – 3 minutes and gently drain them and add water if necessary. Then add the lemon, basil, basil and lemon juice and cook for a few minutes until the noodles are al dente.
